Berry brings project management, event and marketing services to her clients in a variety of industries. Drawing on her nearly 20 years of experience helping companies strategize and implement projects, she is passionate about supporting companies with initiatives and events that help them accomplish their goals.

While completing her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, Berry worked for a start up Internet security software company, launching new seminars and promoting new products, facilitating presence at large industry events and employing marketing tactics to increase participation in the companies’ initiatives. While working there, the company went public and grew from about 40 employees to nearly 200 with an international presence in countries such as Singapore and London.

Berry then moved to a publishing company, launching newsletters in the telecommunications industry, overseeing multiple direct marketing campaigns simultaneously to increase subscriptions.

Berry subsequently developed extensive project and event experience in the aviation industry, leading a variety of initiatives including launching a campaign to grow the pilot population (“Let’s Go Flying”) in 2007, marketing products and services for pilots, overseeing the events department at AOPA (Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association) from 2009-2012, and providing program direction and logistics management for the FLYINGAviation Expo from 2014-2015.

Berry has worked with organizations on a variety of event and project management tasks including overseeing a planning committee for events and implementing the ideas from the committee, surveys and focus groups; overall convention design to maximize the customer experience, managing vendors for projects and events; creating and maintaining project implementation plans for marketing campaigns; and event production and operations logistics.

Since founding Anber Agency in 2012, Berry currently supports a variety of clients in project and event management as well as general marketing and promotion services.

Renee offers a wide spectrum of skills to our clients with her diverse background. She is most passionate about taking on projects that allow her to capitalize on her design and strong project management experience to help business owners improve their marketing and events results.

Renee started her career working in pagination and design at an award-winning newspaper where she won a Virginia Press Association award for redesigning The WEEKender entertainment section.

Having earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Vocal Performance & Music, Renee pursued opportunities in music and church ministry and eventually became the office manager for Grace Church of Fredericksburg–a large, thriving church outside of DC. She managed information for hundreds of members, marketed a busy calendar of events and programs, assisted five pastors, 15+ directors and support staff.

Renee pursued leadership opportunities at her Director of Adult Small Groups position at a medium-sized church from 2010-2012 as she launched a small group ministry, initiated a church-wide campaign to organize the groups, and subsequently oversaw 30+ different groups and ministries. She created and implemented standards for leadership and trained 25+ leaders on a quarterly basis. She also was integral in revamping the church’s web site.

Renee most recently managed account income and payments for hundreds of owners and tenants at a property management firm in Chambersburg, PA for several years and was instrumental in creating their web site.

Renee currently manages databases for Anber Agency’s clients with thousands of names; creates and implements social media and email broadcast campaigns; markets events through outreach to local media and other tactics; manages client website updates and assists in general event support functions.
